We are sad to announce that after over four years of offering yoga in the Chicopee and Springfield area, Now and Zen Yoga will be closing it's doors one final time on May 21st.

Since February 2004, running the yoga studio and teaching classes has been a fulfilling experience for me, both personally and professionally.  I am eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to share my yoga practice with so many wonderful people over the years. I plan to take some time off from teaching for both personal and professional reasons in order to refocus my energies.  I plan to return to teaching yoga in the future.  Stay tuned for my new website at www.ruthgiles.com which will be active later this summer.
