Ruth M. Giles:

Owner and Director, E-RYT 200

Ruth has been studying yoga since 1998. She is registered through the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher. She is certified through Finding Inner Peace as a Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She is a Certified Spencer Pilates™ Instructor; and a NESTA Certified Holistic Stress Management Specialist.

Ruth received her B.A. from Smith College and her M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. Ruth also works as the Director of Research for The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT.

Ruth loves to help those who are working with physical injuries as well as those who are stressed, tired and have body aches. She strives to help them strengthen their bodies, stretch their aching muscles and heal their spirit. She brings her playfully light-hearted attitude into her teaching, as she instills her students with a passion for practicing yoga.

Ruth grew up in Ducktrap, Maine on Penobscot Bay. She now lives in Chicopee, MA with her photographer husband and their four cats.

Faith Jackson:

RYT-200

Faith could not imagine life without yoga, which she began practicing at fourteen. "Even when I didn't actually practice for months at a time, the gifts I had received from yoga were still a part of my life," she says. Faith is thrilled to be able to share yoga with others. She completed her teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA which she has long considered her spiritual home away from home. She is also a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.  Visit her website at www.betweenbreathandbone.com
